Since 2017, NYAW has grown to support exceptional talent across Wales in music, theatre and dance; while creating training pathways that enable young people from all backgrounds to develop skills and confidence in a welcoming and collaborative environment. We now reach about 2,000 young people every year.

As we continue to develop our portfolio, we're seeking up to 4 trustees who can help us innovate, strengthen skills and amplify our impact. We're particularly keen to hear from:

• Welsh speakers

• People living or working in mid/north Wales

• People from backgrounds currently under-represented in Wales's creative sectors, such as those living with a disability, from the Global Majority or from a low-income background.

As well as those with:

• Legal expertise

• Fundraising experience

• Marketing and lobbying skills

We also value prospective trustees who understand at least one area of our creative work and are committed to supporting future generations.
